Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
How long is shipping/transit time?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location. We ship Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not available.
What is the total delivery time?
Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 11 business days (processing + transit).
Which carriers do you use?
We use reliable shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, based on your location, order size, and weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

What should I do if my package is lost, delayed, or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
What items are eligible for a return?
- In original condition
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How do I request a return or refund?

- The return address will be provided only after your return has been approved
- Please do not send any items back without prior authorization
- Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We accept exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us to start an exchange request.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order must be returned after delivery.
